Job Title: Safety & Health Coordinator
Location: Oxford, NC
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: $32-$35 per hour w2
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.
- Basic knowledge of chemistry and toxicology.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify issues, follow established procedures, and support safety improvements.
- Ability to work effectively with team members and plant personnel.
- Manufacturing, industrial, construction, or safety-related experience is a plus.
- OSHA training or EHS-related certifications are beneficial.
Additional Requirements
- Must provide personal steel-toed safety shoes.
- Safety glasses and earplugs will be provided by the facility.
- Must be available to work onsite in Oxford, NC, Monday through Friday.
