- Minimum 1 year of experience in Acumatica support and training.
- At least 2 years of experience in user support or service desk roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No H1b or sponsorship is available).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, or Computer Science).
- Acumatica certification (e.g., "Getting Started with Acumatica ERP Modern UI” badge or equivalent).
- Familiarity with ERP implementation best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping users succeed.
- Deliver comprehensive user training sessions tailored to various roles and departments.
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure high user adoption and system stability.
- Triage incoming support tickets and provide timely first responses.
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards to support business insights and reporting.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating feedback and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve system functionality and user experience.
