What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist , LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, RMHCI position at The Place for Counseling?
We are currently seeking a dynamic, talented Mental Health Therapist LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, RMHCI to provide therapy in a group private practice setting. We're looking for therapists who have experience and skills and training treating adults and/or teens with expertise in Trauma/PTSD, somatic, EMDR/ART or other related modalities. Other areas of additional focus include anxiety, depression, couples, children/teens, neurodivergence, LGBTQ etc. Part time 15-20 hours a week.

This position would be a combination of 3 afternoon/evening shifts for part time with with the possibly of adding additional shifts for full time. We are a LGBTQ /neurodiverse friendly team.
By Joining our team, you will be provided with:
- Equipped office spaces, full time administrative support.
- Consistent referrals to fill your case load.
- We handle marketing and referrals, and schedule and book your clients so you can focus on providing the best care and latest evidence-based practices to your clients.
- Full and part-time position available.
- Virtual shifts are optional and are available to therapists who also provide in- person sessions.
- Supervision for licensure available for RMHCI candidates included.
- Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has a License in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family(LMFT) or Social Work(LCSW) and experience providing quality clinical services to one or more of the populations listed above. Contract for Licensed Practitioners Approximate annual salary from 90,000 and higher for contractors. Rate is higher based on experience and training! RMHCI is W-2 with a range of 58,00 to 68,000 for full time.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
