As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about the menu, and recommend drinks based on preferences.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during events and banquets.
- Handle transactions accurately and maintain proper transaction handling procedures.
- Stay updated on drink trends and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.
Bartender Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
