The Staff Packaging Operations Engineer is responsible for : Defining substrate / package design rules, process flow and material set for new automotive power module , run process DOE's, to define process windows for new package , qualifications and production ramp of new module products.Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Sciences8 years experience in semi conductor packaging technologyExperience with packaging processes and package substrate design rules, tools (including AutoCAD)Knowledge of AEQ and APQP Automotive reliability and development processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel to Asia to attend technology reviews and resolve subcon / supplier issuesWork Status : US Citizen or Green CardRelocation Assistance Available Generous Benefits and RSU's
