What You'll Do:
- Welcome and greet guests with enthusiasm as soon as they enter the store.
- Take customer orders accurately in person, over the phone, and online.
- Help customers with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have.
- Process payments using our POS system efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure every order is correct and meets our quality standards before handing it to the customer.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and a positive attitude, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service counter.
- Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders neatly and accurately.
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, positive personality—someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable team player who's punctual and responsible.
- Prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
