Job Description: The Pizza Shoppe is looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. In this role, you will be the face of our pizzeria, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers both in-store and during deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
- Ability to enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Take Phone call orders and enter into the digital system
- Prepare and package orders for takeout and delivery.
- Safely deliver orders to customers' locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries
- Must be at least 18 years of age with one (1) year of driving history
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
