Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure all kitchenware meets sanitation and quality standards before use.
- Handle and store all dishes and utensils properly, adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Assist kitchen staff with food prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dishwashing area and surrounding areas.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
