Responsibilities
- Train and develop Heart of House Team Members to company standards
- Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
- Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
- Stay organized and maintain a high-level of cleanliness and sanitation
- Serve high-quality, great tasting food prepared with care and passion
Qualifications
- Experience working as a kitchen manager or equivalent experience
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
- Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
- Must have night and weekend availability
