We’re on the hunt for a reliable, energetic Job Assistant with leadership experience to help support daily operations and keep things running smoothly. If you're the type who leads by example, jumps in where needed, and keeps the team motivated—we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Support the management team with day-to-day operations
- Lead shifts and ensure staff are on task and customers are happy
- Assist with opening/closing duties
- Train and support new hires
- Handle basic administrative tasks (inventory, scheduling, etc.)
- Jump in on the line, register, or floor as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and upbeat work environment
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or food service experience (management or team lead a plus)
- Open availability, including weekends and evenings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Passion for food and customer service
- Must be 18
