Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and financial reporting systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of driving process improvements and financial performance.
- Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) specifically within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced financial reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
- Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations.
