What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/ Body Piercing Apprentice position at The Pittsburgh Tattoo Studio?
Looking to work in a creative environment, reputable Pittsburgh tattoo and body piercing studio located in the South Hills, is looking for someone to join the staff as a Receptionist/ Body Piercing apprentice. No experience necessary. We are looking for someone who's highly motivated, enjoys working with the public and willing to work flexible hours including weekends. Must be 18 years of age.
Some responsibilities include:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Check voicemails/ emails log and return promptly in the morning.
- Answer incoming calls
- Schedule appointments
- Greet all patrons
- Verify proper photo ID
- Maintain front desk supply inventory
- Cleaning
- Copy forms as needed
- Body piercing (no experience needed, will train)
Job qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
- Background check and drug testing will apply.
- Ability to work creatively and independently.
- Must be organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
