What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/ Body Piercing Apprentice position at The Pittsburgh Tattoo Studio?
The Pittsburgh Tattoo Studio, a reputable high end tattoo and body piercing studio is looking for someone to join our team as a Tattoo consultant / Receptionist. No experience necessary we will teach you everything you will need to know about the tattoo and body piercing industry. We are looking for someone who's highly motivated, energetic and enjoys working with the public. Must be 18 years of age. Some responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls
- Using multi line phone system
- Scheduling Tattoo appointments (discussing the clients tattoo ideas)
- Using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Checking and responding to voicemails and emails
- Checking-in appointments
- Verify proper photo ID
- Cleaning
- Copy forms as needed
Job qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
- Background check and drug testing will apply.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be organized.
Job Type: Part-time
