The Protective Coatings Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales of protective products for the Pittsburgh Paints Company. You will work in the Salt Lake City, Utah territory.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing team reporting directly to the Sales Director - Protective.

The Protective Coatings Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales of protective products for the Pittsburgh Paints Company. You will work in the Salt Lake City, Utah territory.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing team reporting directly to the Sales Director - Protective.
Key Responsibilities
- Service existing customer accounts and find opportunities for growth within the sales territory.
- Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color).
- Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.
- Utilize ClientLink CRM tool to handle accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
- Analyze territory performance and develop sales territory business plans.
- Use initiative in handling customer problems, complaints and warranty issues to resolve in a timely manner.
- 3 years of demonstrated selling experience
- High school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with protective coatings is preferred.
- CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.
- Daily travel within assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
- NACE or AAMP certification preferred.
