Role Description The Client Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Victor, NY. This position supports advisors and clients by handling day-to-day service requests, including onboarding new clients, preparing and processing account forms, and responding to inquiries via phone and email. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating meeting scheduling, preparing client reports and documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on service issues. The Client Service Associate will interact directly with custodians and vendors to resolve account-related questions, assist with routine transactions, and support the implementation of client service processes. This role also contributes to improving client experience through proactive communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in client services and customer service to support a high-touch, relationship-focused environment.
- Experience in customer support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing follow-up in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with clients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of finance or financial services, with the ability to learn firm processes, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and willingness to learn firm-specific systems and CRM platforms.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; prior financial services or advisory firm experience is a plus.
