Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bartender - to-go order cashier to join our team in a fast-paced BBQ Carryout. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of orders into our restaurant. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience within restaurants.
Our bar area only seats 6 people, so, this is a small and simple bar to manage. Processing the to-go orders will consist of 50% of the role. Previous bartending experience is required.
Days Needed :
Thursday : 11:00AM - 7:00PM
Pay : $16.00 per hour plus tips from the bar
Duties
- Greet and ring up customers
- Accurately receives call in takeout orders in a friendly and warm tone
- Track and hand off pick up orders
- Manages the inventory to mark items as sold out
- Wipes down tables as needed
- Ensures that the televisions are on for sporting events
- Ensure that the tablet electronics are charged for doordash and uber eats orders
- Process payments for catering orders
You must have a very friendly and outgoing personality for this position. Previous bartending experience is required. Reliability is a top priority due to how busy we are. Reliable transportation to and from work is required. We have a strict policy for call outs, so, reliability is a top priority.
