Builder New Home Sales
This is a full-time, typically on-site staffing a Model Home. We have opportunities in multiple locations throughout MD.
Realtor at The Pinnacle Real Estate Co., Inc.
The Realtor will manage real estate transactions, assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the sales process, providing property showings, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational goals. The Realtor will also maintain records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
Retire to Referral

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License is required.
- Strong Customer Service, Interpersonal Communication, and Attention to Detail skills are essential.
- Experience in Real Estate Transactions.
- Ability to effectively follow up with clients and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus.
- High-level professionalism and a results-driven approach.
