The Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Pinnacle Lodging, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine Inspections: Perform regular checks of facilities and systems to proactively identify maintenance needs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues across a variety of systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Tool & Equipment Use: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete repairs and installations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and systems performance.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the Lodging team to ensure maintenance efforts are efficient and coordinated.
- Safety First: Uphold all safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

- Compensation starts at $27/hour based on experience and skill level.
- 4-day work weeks.
