As an Ice Cream Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving up delicious ice cream creations with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Maintaining a clean and inviting workspace, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are spotless.
- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately.

We’re seeking a friendly and reliable individual who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
