Overview
We are seeking a skilled part-time Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a professional background in baking and pastry arts, with the ability to create a variety of baked goods. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. As a Baker, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products that delight our customers. This person must maintain a positive attitude and work well with others. Other duties include taking inventory, cleaning and food prep. Must have a pleasant attitude and willingness to learn and demonstrate a good work ethic. Must be available 8am-2pm and some weekends. Entry level position with a lot of potential for advancement in company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of items including pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Decorate goods.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary and ensuring sufficient supplies are present.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to innovate our product offerings.

- Proficient in various baking techniques and methods, including pastry creation and some level of decorating.
- Strong culinary skills with experience in food handling and kitchen operations.
