Location: The Pines of Mount Lebanon – Pittsburgh, PA
Status: Part-Time (1st & 2nd Shift Available)
Schedule: Rotating weekends required.

The Pay & Shifts
Choose the schedule that works best for your lifestyle:
- 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): $19.30 per hour
- 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $20.05 per hour (Includes Shift Differential)

Your Role
As a Resident Wellness Associate, you are the heart of our community. You will:
- Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Foster Connection: Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide emotional support and companionship.
- Support Wellness: Help residents navigate their daily routines with dignity, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout your shift.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A reliable and professional heart for senior care.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule including a Saturday/Sunday weekend rotation.
