Caregivers & CNAs – 1st Shift (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (South Hills / Mount Lebanon)

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation: $19.30 – $20.30 / hour

Available Shifts & Scheduling

We have immediate openings for morning people who want a consistent routine. Both roles feature a rotating weekend schedule so time off is divided fairly across the whole team.

• Full-Time: 5 days per week.
• Part-Time: 3 days per week.
• Want Extra Hours? Our part-time employees have first dibs on picking up open shifts, making it easy to stack up overtime pay when you want it.

Daily Responsibilities

In this role, you set the tone for our residents' entire day. Your morning will include:

• Helping residents wake up and prepare for the day with personalized assistance in dressing, grooming, and moving safely.
• Providing bright, morning companionship over breakfast and throughout the early hours.
• Working side-by-side with our licensed nursing staff to track resident wellness and coordinate daily care.
