The Pines at Davidson is hiring dishwashers to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation for our high-end resident dining experience. Under the leadership of our Master Chef, you will be part of a team that delights our residents with taste and timely delivery of delicious food in a clean and upscale setting. Who you are

• Experienced as a dishwasher preferred, but not required

• Able to use chemicals safely

• Able to work flexible hours

• Able to work well with others

• Understanding of FIFO (First in First out) stocking practices

• Able to lift 50 pounds

What you would do at The Pines

• Performance of general cleaning duties, inclusive of daily floor cleaning and buffing in the kitchen

• Performance of dishwashing procedures

• Performance of "3 sink" pot & dish washing procedure

• Working with cleaning chemicals

• Assisting in food preparation as directed

• Processing and storing incoming orders of food and supplies according to departmental policies and procedures

• Adherence to all sanitation and food handling protocols

• Adherence to all safety policies & procedures of The Pines at Davidson and regulatory authorities.

• Maintenance of confidentiality of all pertinent resident information to assure residents and team members of cothatidentiality is protected

• Proper personal appearance and hygiene according to established procedures

• Assurance that food preparation and storage areas are maintained in a clean and properly arranged manner at all times.
