The Pillars of Biloxi is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our growing team!

Dietary Aide duties include but are not limited to:
- Read production orders and diet cards to determine items for each tray
- Prepare and assemble food trays with utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Assist with food preparation including sandwiches, salads, soups, and beverages under the supervision of the cook
- Prepare modified diets, including soft or liquid foods
- Portion and plate meals according to diet specifications
- Inspect trays for accuracy and quality before serving
- Deliver trays to residents and assist in dining areas as needed
- Collect and return dirty dishes to the kitchen
- Properly store food and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
- Dispose of trash and maintain sanitation standards
- Record special food items served to residents
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service focused
