What You'll Do
- Welcome members and guests, manage check-ins, and provide friendly, professional front desk service.
- Lead club tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.
- Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales through helpful, engaging conversations.
- Answer member questions, process payments, and operate point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and events.
- Support pro shop sales, merchandise displays, and inventory restocking.
- Keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.
- Build relationships with members and work with teammates to keep busy shifts running smoothly.
