The Picklr Seabrook location is a locally owned franchise. This is a family business of avid pickleball players looking for a team who share their passion for growing the pickleball community in the Seacoast. The club is a nine court facility with a lounge, pro-shop, and locker rooms. It will be the premier pickleball facility in the area thanks to its sound baffling panels, AI aided court technology, creative mix of competitive and recreational play, and of course our dedicated and enthusiastic staff.
Position Overview:
We are looking for self-motivated candidates who love working with people. The Team Member is responsible for answering phones, checking members in for their reservations, and solving problems on the spot. You will work closely with the members and provide them with a positive experience at The Picklr. This is an active role where you'll be on your feet, interacting with guests, and contributing to the overall energy of the club. You will often be the sole employee onsite, responsible for addressing the needs of 36 customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in members and guests for their reservations
- Answer phone calls and messages that come into the club
- Keep the club clean and orderly at all times
- Sell and promote merchandise at our pro-shop
- Run events (e.g. open play and leagues) that occur during your shift
- Provide tours to prospective members and explain membership options
- Provide members and guests with the best experience possible
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Able to learn and implement software programs (for court reservations, etc)
- Leadership experience a plus
- Experience in customer service a plus
- Must be 18 years or older

Hours
The Picklr Seabrook is currently under construction. Barring unforeseen delays, we will train our staff in early April with the grand opening soon thereafter. The club will be open seven days a week from 6 AM to 11 PM, and we are building a team of responsible personnel for the duration of those hours. To that end, please specify both how many hours you desire to work at the Picklr Seabrook and what hours you will be available to work (e.g. mornings during the workweek, etc). We have openings during the afternoons and evenings but are open to schedule mornings for the right people.
Timeline
The pickleball club is scheduled to open on or about April 24th with some training leading up to our opening.
