The Pickleball Director will play a key role in developing and overseeing pickleball programming, coordinating staff and instructors, developing revenue-generating initiatives, and supporting the Club’s operational and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee programming and operation
- Coordinate and support instructors, contractors, and event personnel involved in pickleball programming
- Organize and oversee events and tournaments
- Provide coaching & instruction
- Promote a welcoming, professional, and community-oriented club environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing pickleball programming, leagues, clinics, and tournaments.
- Strong understanding of CourtReserve or similar scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with ownership, instructors, and members.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend programming activities as needed.
- Passion for growing pickleball participation and community engagement.
