RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outstanding customer service and make personalized recommendations
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
- Receive, unpack, and stock new inventory
- Maintain organized and well-stocked shelves
- Ensure the store remains clean and orderly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy items
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
