NuVée Aesthetics is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing, high-end medical aesthetics team. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, organized, patient-focused, and passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and delivering an elevated experience.
Position Overview
Schedule: Part-Time (10–21 hours/week)
Flexibility: Hours vary based on client demand
Weekend Requirement: Minimum 2 Saturdays/month
Setting: Boutique Medical Spa
Language: Fluent in English & Spanish required

You are the face of the experience—ensuring every client feels welcomed, cared for, and confident from start to finish.
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism (English & Spanish)
Guide patients through their full experience (before, during, after)
Assist providers with room setup, flow, and clinical support
Perform intake, vitals, documentation, and chart prep
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Respond to calls, texts, and booking inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, luxury treatment environment
Support promotions, memberships, and retail sales

Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
Medical Assistant experience preferred (aesthetics is a plus)
Strong communication customer service skills
