What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therpist - Outpatient Cash PT Clinic position at The Physio Revolution, Physical Therapy Clinic?
Do you want to work with clients who are completely committed to their health? Weekend Warriors, walkers, hikers, skiers, runners, and athletes training for PRs… plus chronic pain patients who want to do the work?
We are a cash-based clinic. You’ll help motivated adults move from orthopedic pain and injuries to more strength, confidence, and bigger goals than they thought possible. In our boutique clinic, you won’t spend your day trying to convince people to care about their health. We believe our clients simply need the right type of PT care and attention to unlock their full potential and get back to doing what they love again… and to live fully as they age!
Our Mission:
Here at The Physio Revolution, we help active adults make better decisions about their health and stop settling for “this is just part of aging”. They return to doing what they love without unnecessary pills, injections, or surgery.
We don’t stop at just pain relief for our clients. We bridge the gap with our clients into strength & conditioning progressions, education on nutrition and recovery and the nervous system and even move with them into longevity performance training. We curate a long-term plan so their results actually stick and they feel empowered about their body once again.
This is the way PT care should feel: adequate time and a relationship with each patient to make a meaningful change. Connection and care that leads to optimal outcomes.
Why TPR:
You get what many PTs crave: time, relationships, and clients who are motivated and bought-in to helping themselves get better with your guidance. And you avoid the grind that can come with high-volume insurance environments where documentation hoops and productivity pressure can dominate the day.
We focus on our PTs having: autonomy coaching/guidance a great team and culture growth & learning drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. Our in-clinic model is truly collaborative. PTs work alongside massage therapists and are trained in cutting-edge tools like VALD performance technology, virtual reality, and sound therapy to deliver care that goes beyond the standard PT experience.
What a day feels like at TPR:
- 60-minute treatment sessions (free consults 45 min, assessments 90 min)
- 7-8 patients/day (not 10 with 15–20 minute “treats”)
- Patients who want to be at their sessions
- Weekly PT Team Trainings for case reviews coaching skill development (you’ll grow fast, with support)
- Using AI for documentation to not take notes home at night/weekends
You’re a good fit if:
- You’re coachable, eager to learn, and hungry to be the best PT you can be
- You take pride in your patient’s outcomes
- You’re continuously energized by working directly with patients
- You’re a warm communicator who can help guide patients through education, compassion, and connection (not just treat bodies)
- You’re a team player who cares about standards and consistency
- You’re comfortable being held accountable to key metrics
- You’re excited to contribute to our culture with your positive energy, professionalism, and ownership mindset
This role is NOT for you if:
- You prefer a high-volume, cookie-cutter approach to Physical Therapy
- You tend to ‘coast’ without direct supervision
- You’re complacent with your current skills and knowledge base
- You thrive in a social context of drama & blame
- You don’t have a willingness to learn & grow
- You’re unlikely to ask for help or contribute to other PTs
If you want a place to give more of your skills/time/efforts to clients and you want a team that will challenge and support you to rise, you’ll love it here.
