Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. You will develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine their condition and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals, medical history, and physician referrals
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as exercise, massage, and stretching to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus Familiarity with trigger point therapy and acute care settings is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Note: We are looking for someone willing to float within the Greensburg area at a full or part time basis. This would include things like maternity leave, PTO, and coverage requiring additional staffing.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania.

- A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
- A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
