Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, providing knowledgeable assistance about wireless phone products and store services to enhance their shopping experience
- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are properly labeled, packaged, and displayed according to merchandising standards.
- Assist with technicians performing repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold safety standards and store appearance.
- Support cashiering duties by processing transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service at checkout.
Experience
- Previous retail store experience is preferred but not required; paid training will be provided for the right candidate. Must be 16 or older.
- Familiarity with wireless phones and tablets is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 30lbs is required.
- Basic math skills for retail transactions, inventory counts, and stock calculations.
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
