Role Summary
We’re seeking a Legal Administrative Specialist with transactional law firm experience to provide high-level support to attorneys and timekeepers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting deal closings and ensuring smooth operations for attorneys and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents for transactional matters; perform redline comparisons as needed.
- Support transaction closings by organizing signature packets, reviewing documents, and preparing closing binders.
- Maintain accurate client intake and transaction records, ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
- Assist with billing and collections related to transactional matters.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless support for deal execution.
- Mentor new team members on transactional workflows and firm procedures.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of transactional experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and time-entry systems.
- Ability to manage complex transaction documents and multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
