Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated
Duties
- Work nights and weekends 3-9pm with cleaning/closing duties after 9pm
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals with precision, utilizing strong knife skills and culinary techniques
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and hygiene practices
- Support catering events or special meal services by preparing large quantities of food efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve meals to residents or guests in a friendly, professional manner that enhances their dining experience
Skills
- Cook multiple tickets at a time
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Proven ability in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry
- Excellent knife skills and meal preparation capabilities for diverse cuisines
- Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail
- Familiarity with catering services and serving large groups in a timely manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining high-quality standards
