Property Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve residential and commercial properties in the Hot Springs area.
This is a varied, practical job for someone who knows how to work with their hands, solve problems, and get things done without needing constant supervision.
Starting pay: $13–$17/hour, depending on experience and ability.
What You'll Do
The work changes from day to day and may include:
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Lawn care, weed eating, trimming, leaf removal, and property cleanup
- Painting, caulking, drywall patching, and cosmetic repairs
- Minor carpentry and wood repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Installing or replacing fixtures, hardware, locks, shelving, and other property items
- Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
- Preparing rental properties for new tenants
- Moving materials, equipment, furniture, and debris
- Picking up supplies and materials
- Identifying maintenance problems and helping determine the appropriate repair
- Keeping properties, tools, and work areas clean and organized
- Assisting with larger repair and improvement projects
- Other maintenance work as needed
You do not need to be an expert in every trade. You do need to understand your abilities, work safely, and know when something requires a licensed or more experienced professional.

Schedule
Hours may vary based on projects and property needs. We are looking for someone interested in consistent, ongoing work, not simply occasional one-time jobs.
