The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates and employees. We have worked with our current client for years and they are looking for a Customer Service Agent for a possible Contract to Hire opportunity based out of their Romulus, Mi. location.
Hours: 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch
Pay: $20-24/hr based on Experience
Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Support top customer accounts
- Customer interfacing
- Communicating with customers in person, phone, and email
- Liaison between clients and staff
- Maintain databases
- Tacking shipments and updating the customers
Customer Service Agent Skills:
- Must have experience in logistics
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle a high level of stress.
