The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local Metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates, and employees. We have worked with our current client for the past 15 years and they are looking for a contract position for a Customer Service position in their Plymouth, Mi. location.
Hours: Monday-Friday (In office) 8:00am-5pm with a1 hour lunch unpaid
Pay: $18/hr
Contract Length: 3 to 6 months
Customer Service Job Description:
- Customer service
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Onboarding new clients
