Case Management Position
We're adding a new position and looking for an exceptional case manager who is passionate about serving people living with HIV. Must utilize a client-centered approach.
Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW), or a bachelor’s degree in a social services related field and at least one year of case management experience.
Candidates with current social work licensure are encouraged to apply.
