What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician position at The Pharmacy At PJ Bean?
Are you an enthusiastic , qualified , licensed Pharmacy Technician with at least 1 years of prior experience? We'll train you and get you certified if you are not licensed. We are a local, family owned and operated Pharmacy located inside of a large, multispecialty medical center. Your roles and responsibilities would include:
1) Prioritizing customer satisfaction
2) Dispensing medications in a timely manner
3) Preparing medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders
4) Detecting potential therapeutic incompatibilities
5) Controlling medications by monitoring drug therapies
6) Advising interventions
7) Assisting with Prior Authorizations
8) Fostering excellent rapport with Providers, Nurses, and their staff
9) Cross training and participating in additional Pharmacy related projects that will
benefit any patient, providers, and colleagues
