What you will be doing
Serve as the welcoming first impression of WELL Spa, creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every guest.
Greet clients upon arrival, process pre-treatment paperwork, and personally guide guests to the spa to ensure a seamless and relaxing start to their visit.
Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
Build guest relationships by recommending personalized services and retail products that enhance the spa experience, encourage repeat visits, and support revenue goals.
Ensure guest inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels.
Position Requirements
A passion for hospitality, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in recommending and selling products and services based on client needs.
A positive, professional demeanor and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
