What you will be doing
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional service while assisting with luggage, directions, and hotel information to create a memorable first and last impression.
Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel amenities and services, and ensure a seamless and personalized arrival experience.
Assist with transportation needs, including coordinating valet services, arranging taxis or rideshare transportation, and providing local recommendations and concierge-style support.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of lobby, entrance, and guest service areas while upholding The Pfister Hotel's luxury hospitality standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience and resolve concerns efficiently.
Position Requirements
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional guest service with a professional, friendly, and hospitality-focused demeanor.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, associates, and business partners.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage and other items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required in a 24/7 luxury hotel environment.
