We’re a privately owned, community-focused veterinary hospital located in beautiful Monroe, NY. Our passionate team includes three incredible veterinarians, and together, we’ve built a welcoming, trust-filled environment for our clients and their beloved pets. We’re now looking to grow our front desk crew with a fun-loving, independent, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR)!
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
As one of the first faces clients see when they walk in or call, you’ll play a huge role in ensuring they feel cared for and confident in the services we provide. Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments with a smile
- Greeting clients and checking them in (and sneaking in a few pet cuddles!)
- Assisting with questions about our services and general pet care
- Processing payments and keeping client accounts up-to-date
- Keeping our reception area tidy, inviting, and pet-friendly
