Primary Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across office, retail, and lab spaces
- Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, and variable-frequency drives
- An excellent customer service attitude
- Refrigeration technician license is desirable, but not required
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum of five years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals
