Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair control system components and related equipment.
- Test, calibrate, and verify proper operation of repaired devices.
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and upgrades of monitoring and control systems.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Document repairs, findings, and recommendations accurately.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues, repair status, and solutions.
- Collaborate with field technicians and support staff to resolve technical issues.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with an interest in repairing electronic equipment and technology.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, or control systems preferred.
- Low-voltage electrical experience is a plus.
- Ability to read diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
