Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise effectively.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
