Responsibilities
- Represent our brand actively at various events by engaging with attendees, distributing promotional materials, and encouraging participation.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring a memorable experience for potential customers.
- Manage social media accounts related to events by posting updates, live coverage, and engaging with followers to maximize reach.
- Collect valuable data from event interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Facilitate customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing a positive brand experience.
- Assist in planning and executing event marketing strategies to attract target audiences and increase brand visibility.
- Deliver compelling public speaking presentations to promote products or services confidently and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, sales, or customer service is highly desirable for understanding client needs and delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication skills in both English and another language (bilingual ability) is preferred to connect with diverse audiences effectively.
