The Pest Force is seeking a reliable and efficient PEST CONTROL SCHEDULER / CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly!

What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize daily schedules for our pest management professionals (PMPs) to meet customer needs.
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, scheduling new services and follow-up appointments, ensuring routes are logical, efficient and timely.
- Handle customer inquiries about the services we provide, resolve scheduling conflicts and provide exceptional, friendly customer service.
- Update customer records and service notes accurately in our software.
- Assist with administrative task to support the office manager.
- Learn all about the pest control industry or practices and become Green Pro certified.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service (pest control or related field a plus!).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with computers, data processing, scheduling software (or ability to learn quickly!) and general office tools including Google sheets, Gmail, and Microsoft Word.
- A clear speaking voice, a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the Grand Strand cities, communities, road systems and traffic patterns.
