The Perryman Company is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated summer intern to join our Learning, Development, and Communications team in 2027. Our Learning, Development, and Communications team has the responsibility of effectively communicating policy updates, safety protocols and training, upcoming events, and more to our employees!
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the Learning, Development, & Communications (LDC) Specialist with general administrative tasks, departmental projects, and day-to-day operations.
- Support the creation of internal communications, graphics, and social media posts.
- Assist with the creation and management of employee training.
- Contribute to ongoing LDC projects by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Gain exposure to different software systems (e.g., UKG Learning) and company policies through hands-on experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of general communications principles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud products (not required).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Proficient organizational and time management skills.
