Experienced Bartender / Server – High-Volume Restaurant

The Perk is looking for an experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant and takes real pride in great service.
We’re a high-volume, community-driven restaurant and bar that’s been part of Perkasie for over 50 years. Our bar is busy, guest-focused, and built on strong relationships with our regulars. We’re looking for someone who can keep up, stay organized, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work hard, stay busy, and be part of a team that has each other’s backs.
Minimum 2 years recent bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required. Candidates should have strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine, and the ability to multitask, stay composed, and move with urgency during busy service. We’re looking for someone with a friendly, confident personality who connects well with guests, is reliable and professional, and is willing to support the team, including picking up serving shifts when needed.
This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working in a consistently busy environment, takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and speed, can handle pressure without losing their attitude or focus, and values being part of a tight-knit, team-oriented restaurant.
Nights and weekends are required. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
