Staff Physical Therapist in a High-End Country Club in Jupiter, FL

The Opportunity
Join The Performance Lab inside a private country club network in Jupiter, FL. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role for an outgoing clinician who loves manual therapy, enjoys being active in the community, and finds energy in blending exceptional care with relationship‑building. You’ll work alongside a clinic leader with a clear growth plan for the market.
Role at a Glance
- Primary caseload: golfers, their families, and club members in a concierge, cash‑based setting
- Mix of high‑level clinical care and on‑site community activation (injury screens, workshops, demo days, occasional tournament coverage)
- Variable schedule based on member events (some evenings/weekends); otherwise standard 9–5 cadence
What You’ll Do
- Deliver top‑tier, manual‑therapy‑forward care; build plans that get visible results.
- Communicate clearly with clients, golf pros, fitness directors, and the club team.
- Help run member events: mobility clinics, injury‑prevention talks, range/putting‑green screens.
- Maintain white‑glove standards: punctuality, follow‑ups, documentation (Jane), and proactive outreach.
- Support a strong team culture—cover where needed, share what works, and help make the Lab everyone’s go‑to spot at the club.
What Success Looks Like
You create raving fans through consistent results and clear communication. You’re present on the ground—meeting members, connecting with golf/fitness staff, and turning everyday touchpoints into trusted relationships. You bring ideas, try new approaches, and help the location run smoothly—without being driven by quotas.
Must‑Haves
- DPT with Florida license (or compact/eligible).
- 1–5 years outpatient ortho/sports experience.
- Manual therapy focus; Dry Needling certified (or within 6 months). TPI Level 1 (or within 90 days).
- Polished, professional communicator with VIP clientele; comfortable networking in a country‑club environment.
- Reliable with documentation and follow‑through; tech‑savvy with EMR (Jane).
- Flexible for member events, occasional weekends, and short‑notice club needs.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Golf performance background or personal golf experience.
- Experience in cash‑based care and package conversion.
- Comfort with community outreach, social content, and simple CRM follow‑ups.
